B2B Meetings

Benefit from pre-arranged face-to-face meetings with potential clients and partners, including ESA representatives.

  • All B2B meetings will last 20 minutes, held at changing tables
  • Every 20 minutes a sound will indicate to proceed to the next meeting
  • Meetings take place at dedicated tables in the B2B area or at a participant’s own exhibition stand if they have one

Every ISD participant has access to and a profile on a dedicated online B2B meeting platform.

The ISD 2020 gathers the European space tech ecosystem under one roof for two days. In 2018 about 1500 visitors attended the event at ESA’s ESTEC technology centre in the Netherlands to showcase their products, services and technologies and find potential business partners.

150 exhibition stands are available and can be booked. They include the following:

  • Stand reservation fee is: EUR 800 excl. VAT
  • 6m2 stand (3m x 2m)
  • Standard booth equipment is included in the price:
    • shell scheme/walls
    • 1 table
    • 4 chairs
    • 1 system counter/desk
    • 2 LED spots
    • 1 socket

  • B2B meetings take place at your stand


Hear from the leaders of the European space industry in a variety of talks and roundtables. The first day will be covered by the High Level Forum (HLF) with industry. The second day will address ESA programmes and opportunities.

The ISD will host this year’s ESA High Level Forum (HLF) with industry, organised by the Directorate of Industry, Procurement and Legal Services. It provides an opportunity for representatives from ESA and other European institutions, and CEOs of major space companies, to come together to discuss challenges and new opportunities in the space business.

The HLF is open to invited guests. A limited number of seats will be available for ISD participants.


Participation to the ISD is free of charge. All ISD participants have to register through the online registration system.

Exhibition stands

The exhibition stand reservation fee is EUR 800 excl. VAT and includes: 6m2 stand (3m x 2m), standard booth equipment:  shell scheme/walls, 1 table, 4 chairs , 1 system counter/desk, 2 LED spots, 1 socket, panel with company name, B2B meetings take place at your stand.

Additional equipment and furniture can be ordered (at an extra cost).
