To help you prepare for your visit to ESA/ESTEC, we have compiled a list of the most common inquiries regarding the Industry Space Days. Whether you are looking for details on registration, exhibition logistics, or the B2B matchmaking process, you will find the essential information here to ensure a productive event.
Where is the ISD 2026 held and how do I access the site?
The event takes place at ESA/ESTEC (Keplerlaan 1, Noordwijk, The Netherlands). Access is strictly limited to registered participants. You must present a valid photo ID or passport (EU citizens) or a passport (non-EU) at the security gate to enter.
How much does it cost to attend?
Participation to the ISD is EUR 60 per person (excl. VAT), including entry to the event, access to the B2B platform, shuttle bus services as well as two lunches and a networking reception. Rental fees for exhibition booths are EUR 900 per stand (excl. VAT) + EUR 60 (excl. VAT) participation fee.
What is included in the registration fee?

Is parking available?
Parking is not permitted at ESTEC or in its vicinity during the ISD. ISD visitors travelling by car are advised to park their vehicles in public parking spaces in Noordwijk & Katwijk. Free shuttle buses from various stops will be available (see section “Shuttle Service”).
How can I book a booth?
The registration will open in April 2026, booth reservation can then be booked as part of the registration process.
How do the B2B meetings work?
Meetings are 20 minutes long and pre-scheduled via a dedicated online platform. They take place at company booths or dedicated tables in the exhibition area. The platform allows you to find partners and manage your schedule before the event begins.
Who is eligible to attend the Industry Space Days?
The event is open to entities, agencies, and investors from ESA Member States, Associate States, and Cooperating States.
Are there shuttle services from nearby cities or airports?
Yes. Free shuttles run between Katwijk/Noordwijk and ESTEC. There is also a morning shuttle from Leiden Central Station. On the final day (17 Sept), a dedicated shuttle to Schiphol Airport will be available (booking required at the Info Desk).
How can I showcase my company at the exhibition?
You can rent an exhibition booth for €900 (excl. VAT), which includes attendance for one person. About 150 booths are available, and they are usually allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Is there Wi-Fi and a place to store luggage?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available to all participants throughout the venue. A cloakroom is also provided where you can store coats and small suitcases.
What should I do if I need help with hotel bookings?
While participants must book their own accommodation, you can contact the ESA Travel Office (atpi.com) for assistance (service fee applies). Early booking is highly recommended for the Noordwijk area.
