Panel objectives:
The panel and participants will take the ISD’s focus of “commercialisation” and the recently published studies by the European Patent Office (EPO), together with ESPI and the support of ESA (Cosmonautics and Quantum Technologies and Space) as an occasion to discuss why and how patent data insights can be a valuable tool to understand a market domain and how companies and industry can use patents and other intellectual property strategies to create their individual leverage in a market.
